The Wines

An age-worthy rosé: over the past few years, a few pioneers in Provence have dared to propose rosés that are quite different from the fresh and young wines, generally associated with the region’s success. Age-worthy rosés are their specialty! ESTANDON Légende 2012 is the product of a careful selection of parcels from the terroirs of Flayosc and Sainte Victoire. Elaborated in new barrels and vats out of slightly over-ripened grapes, this wine expresses a vast array of notes associated with Grenache, Syrah and Rolle. After maturing for a period of 8 months, 5 small vats of wine are blended, in view of creating a unique well-balanced age-worthy rosé, geared to fine food pairing.
